We offer our own serial production &#13;\nhigh quality blanks on modern German equipment. &#13;\nBracket is a part or a set of them, made &#13;\nsheet steel of the required thickness. It is fixed to the supporting &#13;\nThe brackets are fixed to the supporting elements of buildings and are designed to fix a variety of devices, &#13;\nunits and installations.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Types of brackets and their application<\/h2>\n\n<p>Brackets are products for reliable &#13;\nequipment, furnishings and fittings to the walls, interior walls, floors or ceilings. &#13;\nwalls (facade, interior), floors or floor slabs. They &#13;\nThey are designed to withstand, without rupturing, various types of direction and &#13;\nand high static\/dynamic loads without fracture. Such &#13;\nfasteners are used for installation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Security cameras.<\/li><li>Lighting fixtures (spotlights, lamps).<\/li><li>Signs, billboards.<\/li><li>Heating devices (radiators, convectors).<\/li><li>Ventilation and air conditioning units.<\/li><li>Panels of ventilated or perforated facades.<\/li><li>Panoramic glazing of openings.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Brackets made of structural steel&#13;\nare often used to mount heating systems, lighting fixtures,&#13;\nspotlights, elements of video surveillance systems and panoramic glazing.&#13;\nThis part is cut from a sheet of steel and flexibly shaped to the required&#13;\nshape. At the same time, the bracket acquires the necessary rigidity.<\/p>\n\n<p>For greater durability, advertising&#13;\nmedia, units &#8211; compressor and condenser units for air conditioning or&#13;\nair treatment of ventilation systems, as well as facade panels&#13;\nInstalled with a composite brackets made of stainless steel.&#13;\nBlanks are cut from metal and bent, giving them for strength&#13;\nU-shaped or other cross-section. The resulting parts are welded in the form of a letter&#13;\n\u0422. And its short element has holes for anchors and vertically&#13;\nfasten them to the wall. On the long horizontal element is mounted air conditioner&#13;\nunit or the fan, tightening them with bolts. For reliability between these&#13;\nbracket parts is welded obliquely bracket (knitzu).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bracket production technology<\/h2>\n\n<p>All brackets (simple or prefabricated) &#13;\nare made of sheet steel. Its thickness determines the load-bearing capacity &#13;\nof the mounting structure. The material is cut to the required thickness using a Trumpf Trulaser 3050 automated laser system. &#13;\nTrumpf Trulaser 3050 automatic laser system is used to cut blanks of the desired &#13;\nconfiguration, including all holes and slots. Thanks to the excellent quality&#13;\n of the used German equipment the received parts have smooth &#13;\nedges and require no subsequent machining. And the guaranteed &#13;\nsize accuracy is up to 0.1 mm.<\/p>\n\n<p>If necessary, the reamers of the parts &#13;\nare bent on a Trumabend V130 CNC press. Afterwards, the composite brackets&#13;\n are welded with a Fronius semi-automatic welding machine.<\/p>\n\n<p>In order to further protect against &#13;\nThe steel products are further protected against corrosion damage by powder coating and stainless steel products are electrochemically polished. &#13;\nThe stainless steel products are subjected to powder coating and the stainless steel ones are subjected to electrochemical polishing.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order brackets at reasonable prices<\/h2>\n\n<p>To order brackets please send&#13;\ndrawings (with indication of quantity) in AutoCAD (DXF,&#13;\nDWG), SolidWorks or CorelDraw to our e-mail nikgromov@ukr.net&#13;\nor provide us a ready sample.
