With the development of construction technology, concrete blocks (foundation and wall) of LEGO type are becoming more and more popular. They can be of different shapes and sizes, but always have a system of “tongue and groove” joints (usually in the form of truncated pyramids), which is reminiscent of the world-famous children’s construction game. They are made of heavy concrete, foam, gas, expanded clay and polysterene concrete. The main advantages of LEGO blocks are easy installation, possibility to do without mortar, relatively low cost, high reliability of ready-made structures and, if necessary, easy dismantling.
